Clinton Soffer
Clinton Soffer has worked for four of the national Republican campaign committees and has managed campaigns for federal, state and local offices. He most recently served as the Deputy Political Director of the Republican Governors Association for the 2020, 2021, and 2022 cycles. He has previously been named to 40 under 40 by the American Association of Political Consultants. He has also previously worked for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, National Republican Congressional Committee, and the Republican National Committee.

During the 2024 cycle, Clinton served as chief strategist and general consultant for Congressman Troy Downing, was the direct mail vendor for Congressman Jeff Crank, and was senior advisor to Governor Tate Reeves' re-elect in 2023.
In 2019, Clinton was the Campaign Manager for Tate Reeves for Governor. The campaign raised and spent over $14 million, had 30 professional staff and over 150 canvassers on the ground that knocked on over 400,000 doors. Tate Reeves won a competitive primary and runoff and defeated Democrat Attorney General Jim Hood 52-47%.
Clinton is a graduate of University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He lives with his wife and two daughters in northern Virginia.
Diego Rebollar
Diego Rebollar has experience working on campaigns on a federal, state and local level. Prior to joining PT Strategy, Diego was the Northern Virginia Director for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s Secure Your Vote Virginia, an unprecedented coordinated effort encouraging Virginia Republicans to vote early in the 2023 election. Diego had also served as a Regional Political Director in the Hampton Roads region for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s 2021 victory.
In 2022, Diego served as the National Grassroots Outreach Director for the NRSC. In that role he managed Operation Vamos, the NRSC’s historic national Hispanic field and comms program. Operation Vamos had field staff in 9 states and broke over 5 million voter contacts.
Diego is proud to be a first-generation college graduate. He graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. He resides in Washington, D.C.
